The MCA Organization is a business friendly competition, honoring corporate professionals, business leaders and CEOs. Our unique platform gives professional women a national stage to promote themselves, highlight their company and serve their community.
Throughout this journey, we promote self-development by helping contestants enhance self-confidence, strengthen leadership skills, and accomplish personal and professional goals, while also establishing lasting friendships with other professional women.
During the national competition, the “MCA Award” shall be presented to the woman in the preceding year that was extraordinary; in which, extraordinary is defined as remarkable and unusual, and whereby, the woman who wins the “MCA Award” will not only have produced remarkable results; but, will also have unusual accomplishments as compared to her peers.

Meet The President
Dr. Shavonna Herron-Johnson is a dynamic real estate mogul, investor, speaker, and mentor with over 20 years of experience in property management, real estate development, and leadership coaching. She is the founder and CEO of East Coast Property Management Services & Consulting, the visionary behind Rise Reign Lead and Women Will Win Global, and currently serves as the North Carolina State President for Ms. Corporate America.
Dr. Herron-Johnson holds multiple certifications, including Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), and has led multimillion-dollar revitalization projects across North Carolina. She is a recipient of the 2024 Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award and a featured author in World’s Greatest Speakers Volume 3. Her work empowers women, builds communities, and creates generational wealth through strategic leadership and faith-based mentorship.
